Do I need to be good with computers?

Nope. If you can use email and a phone, you're set.

Do I have to buy any AI software?

No. The class uses free plans (like the free versions of ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini). You can upgrade later if you want, but you don't have to.

How long does the class take?

About 2 hours total, spread out however you like.

How long is a setup session?

The $299 setup is a 60-minute video session where you get 2–3 quick wins set up. The $999 setup starts with a 60-min kickoff, then we handle the rest of the setup for you.

Will AI replace me or my staff?

We use it as a helper for the busywork, so you have more time for customers. A person always checks the work.

Is my customer info safe?

We teach you to keep private stuff (card numbers, health info, passwords) out of AI tools. The SBA gives the same advice.

What if it's not for me?

For the $49 class, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Setups are non-refundable once your time slot is held, but you can reschedule for free.

What happens to the $49 credit if I refund the class?

Refunding the class voids the $49 setup credit. A class that comes bundled with a setup isn't refundable on its own.

Can I move my setup time?

Yes. Rescheduling is free.

Do you promise I'll make more money?

No, and nobody honest can promise that. We promise clear steps and real help setting things up.
